Learners were invited to an Aids awareness Day which was funded by the Department
of Health on the 14th Feb 06. This day was to educate and promote Aids Awareness
Campaign, which is very important in our region due to the high rate of Aids
in our community and as we have many Aids Orphans in our school.

We are very proud to have opened our very own Computer Centre in January, which
is real boost for our school and local community. Our school is involved in a
library day, which will be held in Maclear (neighbouring town). Our school is going
to submit learners and items to take part of in the day's activities.

At the moment our community politicians are preparing for the local government
elections, which will be held on the 1st of March. We thank you for all your
letters and pictures and hope that you enjoy our presentation of our school.
