Our new school building was completed in the Spring of 2004.

We moved into the fabulous building in March and had the official opening on May 21st.

The school was officially opened by Shefali Oza from BBC Midlands Today.

The children were all very excited with the new building. Here are some of their comments about what they like:

"We have got a big new hall and we have got lots of room to do PE. I also like my new classroom because it is nice and bright and the ICT room with new computers.
          Danielle, age 7

"The new dinners are fabulous! The massive hall for our assemblies. I love the new classrooms. They are wicked."

Harry, age 7

"There is more space to move around in. The interactive whiteboards are fun with lots of activities to do on them. We've also got a big school hall so we can do P.E. now! The dinners are better too!"

Sally, age 10

"I love Assemblies in our great big, new hall, the brilliant interactive whiteboards and I'm looking forward to the new playground and field too!"

Edward, age 9

"The magic whiteboards and the colourful chairs, the doors and I like the new hall, the new cupboards and the blue blinds."

Rhiannon, age 8

Maths. I like take-aways best. I like the new hall. It is massive and we have lots of room to run around."
